Scroll chicken fillet, onion and garlic in a meat grinder.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Divide into equal portions, form flat cakes.
Beat the egg in one bowl and pour the crackers into the other.
Put the oil in the freezer in advance for 1 hour. Put a little finely chopped dill on each cake and put a piece of frozen butter. Form patties. Dip cutlets in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Place on paper towels.
