Omelet with mushrooms and cheese


Fresh champignons 5-6 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Grated cheese 2 tbsp l.

Cream 10% fat. 4 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Beat eggs with a whisk, add cream. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Remove the pan with mushrooms from heat, pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped green onions on top.

Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 3-5 minutes. Take out and cut into portions.

Put on a platter and serve.
