Risotto with vegetables

Risotto with vegetables, a delicious Italian dish that does not take much time and effort.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Green beans 50 g

Round rice 150 g

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Preparation

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil.

Add diced carrots and peppers. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the green beans and sauté for another 3 minutes. Set aside.

Put the rice in a frying pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Add water to cover the rice. Cover and cook over medium heat. After adding more water, repeat until the rice is cooked. Add vegetables. Salt.

Stir and place on a platter.
