Spaghetti with chicken and vegetables, a cool dish for a delicious dinner. We recommend to cook!
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken fillet 300 g
Spaghetti 200 g
Broccoli 100 g
Green peas 100 g
Baby carrots 50 g
Onion 1 pc
Dried garlic 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Boil spaghetti in salted water until tender, drain and cover.
Fry the finely chopped onion and chopped chicken in small pieces in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Defrost vegetables, disassemble broccoli into small inflorescences.
Add to chicken and cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat. Add garlic, pepper mixture and salt. Mix well.
Once the vegetables are tender, add the spaghetti and stir.
Spaghetti with chicken and vegetables are ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley. Place in a serving dish and serve.
