Ribs with potatoes and rosemary

Fragrant, delicious ribs with potatoes and rosemary. This dish will certainly conquer any man.

Lamb ribs 200 g

Potatoes 3 pcs

Meat broth 1/2 stack.

Rosemary 2 sprigs

Vegetable oil

Paprika to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the ribs one at a time, add a little salt and fry in vegetable oil on all sides.

Add paprika, black pepper and 1 sprig of rosemary.

Peel and cut the potatoes into 6 pieces. Place in a ceramic pot and add a little salt.

Put the ribs in a pot and pour over the broth. Place the second sprig of rosemary on top. Close the lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes. After cooking, remove the sprig of rosemary before serving.

Serve the finished dish hot in a pot.
