Fresh champignons 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Ham 100 g

Hard cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.

Add chopped mushrooms. Fry for 3-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Add the diced ham. Fry a little and put the contents of the pan on a dish. Allow to cool.

Boil the shells until tender in salted water.

Cool slightly and stuff.

Put on a dish, add a little mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a hot oven for 5 minutes.

Place on a plate, garnish with tomato slices and herbs.
