4-5 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 300 g of fresh mushrooms, vegetable oil, 100 g of sour cream, 150 ml. chicken broth, salt.
Peel and dice the potatoes. Fold into a pot.
Peel the carrots and cut into circles, fold in a second layer.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, finely chop the onion and fry together in a little oil for 2-3 minutes. Salt a little.
Fold into a pot.
Mix sour cream with chicken broth, salt to taste.
Pour into a pot. Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
