Chicken wings in aromatic spices with baked fresh vegetables, this mouth-watering dish will take its rightful place on your table.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken wings 4-6 pcs
Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces
Tomatoes 3-4 pcs
Sprigs of greens.
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Eggplant 1 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chicken spices to taste
Sunflower oil to taste
Wash the vegetables. Peel potatoes and onions.
Rub the wings with spices and grease with sunflower oil.
Cut the eggplant into slices, salt and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the pepper lengthwise, tomatoes and potatoes in halves.
Put the wings on foil and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, wrap.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Spread the pepper, tomatoes and potatoes on a baking sheet with parchment, season with salt and pepper, drizzle a little with sunflower oil.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
Fry eggplant rings in sunflower oil in a frying pan.
Cool all vegetables. Chop coarsely and salt. Place on a dish with wings. Decorate with salad onion rings.
