Divide the meat into small chunks or take ready-made medallions, roll in spices and salt.
Cut potatoes and carrots into slices and salt.
Put the potatoes coated with mayonnaise in a layer in a baking bag, carrots on top and carefully lay the slices of meat over the entire surface.
Tie a bag.
Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 200C degrees. And don't forget to pierce the bag in two or three places.
We spread it on a plate, decorate with herbs and serve it to my husband for dinner.
