This vegetarian dish can be served on its own or as a side dish with vegetable or meat dishes.
Pour washed lentils into boiling water, pour and cook for 15-20 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Spare vegetables in vegetable oil and a little water.
Add the cooked lentils and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Squeeze the garlic into the finished dish, sprinkle with cilantro or other herbs to taste when serving.
