Potatoes with mushrooms

Potatoes with mushrooms, such a delicious and so familiar dish that you can safely fit into the lean menu.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chanterelles (frozen, mushrooms can be any) 200 g

Potatoes 5-6 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Defrost the mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

Add finely chopped onion.

Add grated carrots and half a glass of water, salt and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water.

Put potatoes and mushrooms on a dish, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Can be served at the table.
