Buckwheat with vegetables in a pan, a delicious and simple dish that can be prepared for dinner and served as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat or fish.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Water 400 ml
Buckwheat 200 g
Carrots 1 ml
Onion 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Fry 200 grams of buckwheat in a pan for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the fried buckwheat.
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Add finely chopped onions and diced carrots.
Add the diced bell pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add roasted buckwheat and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Mix vegetables with buckwheat.
Add 400 milliliters of water and place over medium heat.
Cook for 15 minutes, until the water has completely boiled away and the buckwheat is soft and crumbly.
Buckwheat with vegetables in a pan is ready. Can be served at the table.
