Dumplings with cherries

These dumplings with cherries are a real find of the culinary specialist. You will cook them over and over.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Cherries (fresh or frozen) 500-700 g

Water 250 ml

Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.

Butter 1 tbsp l.

Egg 1 pc

Salt 1, 5 tsp


Pour 250 ml of room temperature water into a bowl and add an egg. Mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Sift 500-600 grams of TM "Aleika" flour into a spacious bowl and make a small hole.

Pour in the water mixture with the egg.

Knead the dough from the edges towards the center, collecting the dough into a ball. Knead for 10 minutes.

Wrap the dough in a bag and leave for 15 minutes.

Divide the finished dough into parts.

Roll each part with a rolling pin into a thin cake and cut out a form or glass of juicy mugs.

Rinse well 500-700 grams of cherries.

Remove pits.

Put the berries on a sieve and let the juice drain.

Put one pinch of sugar on each circle of dough.

Lay out 2 or 3 cherries depending on the diameter of the juicy.

Pinch the edges and form a dumpling.

Stick a lot of beautiful dumplings with cherries.

Boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Throw the dumplings into the water.

Cook for 2-3 minutes after surfacing.

Put the finished dumplings into a bowl with a slotted spoon and season with one tablespoon of butter.

Dumplings with cherries are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
