Chicken nuggets at home

Homemade crispy chicken nuggets in just 25 minutes. A delicious appetizer that anyone can prepare.

Chicken fillet 400 g

Breadcrumbs 100-120 g

Flour 70 g

Egg 1 pc

Dried garlic 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse 400 grams of chicken fillet and dry well.

Cut the fillet into small flat pieces.

On a flat dish, combine 70 grams of flour, 1 tablespoon of dry garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir the mixture well.

In separate bowls, prepare 100-120 grams of bread crumbs and beat one egg.

Breaded the chicken pieces in the flour mixture.

Then dip in a beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

Put the blanks on a dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Place the chicken pieces in a skillet with heated vegetable oil.

Cook on each side for 5 minutes until golden brown over medium heat.

Put the finished nuggets on a dish with paper towels, removing excess oil.

Homemade chicken nuggets are ready. Place on a platter and serve with your favorite sauce.
