Ground turkey 300 g
Cream 10% fat. 200 ml
Onion 1 pc
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Dried garlic 1/2 tsp
Add finely chopped onion and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add 300 g of turkey minced meat.
Mash well with a spatula and cook, stirring for 5-7 minutes, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of dried garlic.
Pour in 200 ml of 10% cream and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes, covered.
Boil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Throw the pasta in a colander.
Add the boiled pasta to the pan and stir.
