Chops with rice and tomato salad

Chops with rice and tomato salad are a great opportunity to prepare a delicious gala dinner in just 40 minutes.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork pulp (balyk) 400 g

Tomato 3-4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Hot pepper to taste 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 30 ml

Butter 30 g

Sun-dried tomatoes 30 g

Rosemary 1 sprig

Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Cut the meat into slices 1, 5 centimeters thick.

It is good to beat off the meat on both sides.

Season with salt and red pepper.

Add a sprig of rosemary.

Put the meat and fry for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.

Turn over and fry on the other side.

Rinse the rice and pour 400 ml of water, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Cook after boiling over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Add 30 grams of butter to the finished rice and mix. Leave covered for 10-12 minutes.

For salad, rinse the vegetables, peel the onion. Rinse parsley and dry.

In a bowl, cut the tomatoes into slices and the onion in half rings.

Add chopped hot peppers (to taste) and finely chopped greens into rings.

Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.

Season the salad, season with salt and stir.

Put lettuce and rice on a dish.

Add hot chop and salad.

Chops with rice and tomato salad are ready. Can be served at the table.
