New Year's premiere salad

This puff New Years Premiere salad with chicken liver will be a favorite of New Year's salads on your table.

Chicken liver 300 g

Cheese 50 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Pickled gherkins 2 pcs

Salt to taste


Rinse the chicken liver. Transfer to a saucepan or small saucepan, cover with cold water and cook from the moment of boiling for 20 minutes, removing the foam. Then take out the liver and cool.

Boil potatoes and carrots, cool and peel.

Put the grated potatoes in the bottom layer, salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of finely chopped chicken liver, brush with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated carrots and a layer of grated cheese.

Grease a layer of cheese well with mayonnaise and lay out a layer of finely chopped pickled cucumbers.

Before serving, remove the serving ring and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, garnish with a couple of pickled gherkins.
