Pink salmon with rice and vegetables

Pink salmon with rice and vegetables are tender pieces of fish with rice and vegetables cooked in a pan. A delicious and healthy dinner for the whole family.

Pink salmon (small) 1 pc

Vegetable mixture (frozen) 300 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 30 ml

Salt 1 tsp

Ground red pepper to taste


Peel the pink salmon and rinse well.

Cut into portions and cut out the spine.

Defrost 300 grams of vegetable mixture slightly.

Put vegetables in a pan and fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Salt the pieces of fish and season with ground red pepper to taste.

Add rice to vegetables.

Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Put the fish pieces on top.

Add 300 ml of water and simmer covered for 20-25 minutes.

Pink salmon with rice and vegetables is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
