Ingredients
Pork tenderloin 1 kg
Bulgarian pepper 1 kg
Water 300 ml
Parboiled rice 100 g
Tomato paste 50 g
Onion 1-2 pcs
Salt 1 tsp
Dried garlic 1/2 tsp
Ground pepper to taste
Parsley (greens) to taste
Preparation
Rinse and dry the meat.
Cut into pieces, peel and chop the onion.
Prepare minced meat by twisting the onion and meat in a meat grinder.
Add parboiled rice, salt, ground pepper and dry garlic. Mix well.
Wash the pepper well.
Cut off the top and remove seeds.
Stuff the peppers and place in a deep saucepan.
Dilute the tomato paste with water, add a little salt.
Pour the peppers and cook over medium heat for 30-35 minutes.
Peppers stuffed with meat and rice are ready. Sprinkle the prepared peppers with finely chopped herbs and serve.
