Green beans in a frying pan

Green beans in a skillet with carrots, the perfect dish for your lean menu and more.

Ingredients

Green beans (fresh or frozen) 300 g

Carrots 1-2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add beans. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Peel carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into strips, finely chop the onion and add to the pan. Salt.

Cook covered over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Put on a dish.

Green beans in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
