Pollock 2-3 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel pollock, rinse and cut into portions.

Season with salt and pepper the fish pieces, roll in flour.

Fry slices of pollock in a pan with vegetable oil.

Fry on all sides for 2-3 minutes. Add the onion, cut into half rings.

Add grated carrots on top.

Place the sliced ​​tomatoes in circles.

Add 1/2 cup water and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, covered.
