Pilaf with champignons

Lean pilaf with mushrooms, fragrant and very tasty. Parboiled rice will cook very quickly and will save you time.

Fresh champignons 200 g

Parboiled rice 200 g

Water 150-200 ml

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Spices for pilaf 1/2 tsp.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Peel the onions, carrots and mushrooms.

Fry finely chopped onions and chopped carrots in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add sliced ​​champignons.

Add chopped bell peppers in pieces.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add pilaf spices and stir.

Add parboiled rice.

Stir and fry the rice for 1-2 minutes. Salt to taste.

Add water to cover the rice 2 cm higher.

Cook covered over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Stir the pilaf.

Pilaf with champignons is ready. Arrange on plates and serve on a lean table.
