Pink salmon 1 piece
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Water 100 ml
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Provencal herbs 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Peel and gut the fish. Cut into portions.
Salt the fish pieces well and place in a mold. Sprinkle with dry Provencal herbs on top.
Top with chopped onions, sliced bell peppers and carrots in half rings.
Season with salt and pour over with vegetable oil. Add water.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.
