Entrecote in the oven

Entrecote in the oven is a delicious juicy meat hot for the New Year's table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Entrecote (pork, meat on the bone) 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Pepper mixture 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

Thyme 2-3 branches.


Rinse and dry the meat.

Grate well with a mixture of peppers.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the meat on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Salt the meat on both sides and put on a baking sheet covered with foil.

Add 2 sprigs of thyme and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Put on a platter with lettuce and vegetables.

The entrecotes are ready in the oven. Can be served with a festive table.
