Chicken thighs 5-6 pcs
Mozzarella 50 g
Tomato 1-2 pcs
Natural honey 1 tsp.
Table mustard 1 tsp
Sauce (cheese) 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry chicken thighs.
Cut the bone with a sharp knife.
Spread the meat along and salt and pepper well.
Place one tomato and mozzarella slice for each piece of meat.
Wrap the hips back and fasten with toothpicks.
In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard and cheese sauce.
Place the thighs in a baking dish.
