Chicken thighs 3-4 pcs
White cabbage 200 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Chicken spices to taste
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry chicken pieces.
Rub with spices and salt.
Fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Chop cabbage and onion, grate carrots.
Put the chicken out of the pan, and fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced potatoes and stir.
Top with chicken thighs.
Cover with foil on top and cook in an oven preheated to 160 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
The chicken and cabbage are ready. You can serve the finished dish to the table.
