Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Prunes 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Potatoes 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil chicken fillet, eggs and potatoes until tender, cool and peel.
Soak prunes in boiling water and dry.
Cut the potatoes and eggs into cubes in a bowl.
Add finely chopped chicken fillet.
Add chopped prunes and cucumber.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt to taste and put in portioned salad bowls.
