Rice with squid

Rice with squid is a simple, healthy and tasty dish that can be prepared for lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Canned squid 1 ban.

Rice 100 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Boil rice until tender, rinse and drain.

In a pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots.

Cut the canned squid into slices.

In a large bowl, combine rice, vegetables and squid and season with salt.

Stir and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.

Put cooked rice with squid on a dish, decorate as desired.

Rice with squid is ready. Can be served at the table.
