Cheesecakes with apples

Cheesecakes with apples are a delicious and delicate breakfast for the whole family.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Cottage cheese 200 g

Sugar 50 g

Sour cream 50 g

Semolina 2-3 tbsp. l.

Apples 1-2 pcs

Eggs 1 pc

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Frying oil to taste


Put the curd in a bowl.

Add egg and sugar.

Add semolina, sour cream and salt to taste.

Mix well and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Peel and core the apples, grate.

Add grated apples to the curd mass.

Form small balls and roll in flour.

Fry in a pan with a little oil.

Fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Put on a dish.

Our cheesecakes with apples are ready. Can be served with sour cream.
