Zucchini in a pan

Zucchini in a frying pan is a very quick, tasty and original summer snack for any table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Zucchini (young without seeds) 1 pc

Eggs 3-4 pcs

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Greens to taste

Frying oil to taste

Salt 1/2 tsp


Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut into small rings.

Place in a bowl and season with salt.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a little salt.

Add flour and beat the batter well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, dip a slice of zucchini in batter and fry in a frying pan on both sides.

Cool the finished zucchini.

Put on a dish in layers, alternating a layer of zucchini and grated garlic.

Decorate with herbs.

The zucchini are ready in the pan. Can be served at the table.
