Delicious potato cutlets with cheese

Delicious potato patties with cheese that are easy to make.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Potatoes 5-6 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Pour potatoes with water and cook until tender.

Grate peeled potatoes and cheese into a bowl.

Add egg, salt and a spoonful of bread crumbs.

Mix the mixture well.

Form cutlets and roll in the remaining breadcrumbs.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides.

Put the finished cutlets on a dish.
