This recipe for making a festive stuffed chicken will become your signature dish, which you will keep secret. However, we do not make a secret and reveal the most delicious recipes for you.

Rice 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp l.

Rinse and dry the chicken.
Pry the skin around the "gusky" with a knife and carefully remove the leg.
Then take out the second leg. Leave only the lower leg on the skin, and the thigh with the skeleton.
Remove the skin from the breast. Leave the wings on the skin. Only two holes will remain in the skin. If the skin is torn, you are not upset, you can seal everything with toothpicks.
Remove the meat from the frame and put it in a bowl.
Twist the meat and onions in a meat grinder.
Boil the rice until cooked and put on a sieve.
Grate the carrots and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.
Add rice and carrots. Mix the filling well.
Stuff the chicken with the filling. Spread the chicken well. Pinch the skin and fasten with toothpicks.
Spread the barbecue sauce over the chicken.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes. Cool the finished chicken on a baking sheet.
Transfer to a dish, decorate as desired. Can be cut straight into portions or surprise guests.
