Baked pumpkin with cottage cheese

Light dinner, breakfast, dessert, delicious snack, you can call it whatever you like, but it will always be delicious.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Cottage cheese 200 g

Pumpkin 200 g

Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.

Ground cinnamon 1 pinch.

Honey 1 tsp


Peel the pumpkin from seeds and skin.

Cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Add sugar and cinnamon. Mix.

Put on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes, until soft.

Cool the pumpkin.

Transfer the curd to a bowl.

Mash well with a fork.

Add pumpkin to curd.


Put in bowls and pour a little honey on top.
