Oven chicken and pumpkin casserole

Chicken casserole with pumpkin in the oven is a great option for a delicious and quick dinner for the whole family.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Pumpkin 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Carrots 2 pcs

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) to taste

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place in a baking dish.

Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix.

Add chopped onion in half rings.

Add chopped carrots into strips.

Add chopped potatoes into strips.

Add chopped pumpkin into strips.

Mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and sour cream.

Pour over the pumpkin.

Cover with a piece of foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees C.

10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cool the prepared casserole a little and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

The casserole with chicken and pumpkin in the oven is ready. Can be served at the table.
