Chicken pockets with tomatoes and cheese, a delicious and unusual chicken dish, which is also very easy to prepare.

Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Baltic cheese 50 g
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp l.
Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Cut the fillet into halves not reaching the edge.
Beat well, season with salt and pepper.
Place some grated cheese and a few slices of fresh tomato on half of each fillet.
Fold up the second edge (like a pocket) and dip in a beaten egg.
Dip in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat, until tender.
Cut the finished pocket into slices and lay out the dish with lettuce leaves. Serve with fresh vegetables.
