Chicken roll with vegetables and eggs

Incredibly tender and delicious chicken roll with vegetables and eggs. The dish turns out to be juicy and aromatic, and boiled eggs will be an unusual highlight, turning the roll into a work of culinary art.

Chicken fillet 3 pcs

Pumpkin 100 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Eggs 5-6 pcs

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.




Peel pumpkin, peppers and onions.

Scroll vegetables through a meat grinder.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

Pass the same way through a meat grinder.

In a bowl, combine chopped vegetables, fillets, egg and finely chopped herbs.

Mix well, season with salt and pepper.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Put the minced meat on a baking sheet with parchment.

Place eggs in the middle.

Grease well with mayonnaise.

Place in the oven at 200 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.

Take out the finished roll and cool slightly.

Cut into portions. Put on a platter with lettuce leaves. Chicken roll with vegetables and eggs is ready.
