Syrovat salad, a delicious dish with an unusual combination of ingredients, which you should definitely try.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Carrot 1 pc
Green radish 1 pc
Boiled beets 1 pc
Head of cabbage 1/4 pc
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Unrefined sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel and grate carrots, radishes, beets separately.
Chop the cabbage. Arrange the vegetables in small piles on a large platter.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Fry in vegetable oil.
Pat dry on a paper towel. Place in the middle of the dish. Season each pile with salt and season with unrefined sunflower oil.
Syrovat salad is ready. Serve with stirring.
