Olivier roll appetizer

"Olivier roll" is a wonderful appetizer-salad for the New Year's table, as if it will not remain until the end of the holiday.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Boiled sausage 100 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Thin lavash sheet 1 pc

Processed cheese 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.


Peel and boil the vegetables. Spread the pita bread on the work surface and let it lie down for a while.

Grease well with melted cheese.

Grate the sausage.

Put sausage layer on pita bread.

A layer of boiled grated carrots.

A layer of boiled grated potatoes.

A layer of grated pickled cucumbers.

Apply the mayonnaise mesh very thinly.

Sprinkle with grated boiled eggs.

Roll up.

Cut into small slices.

Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.

Serve "Olivier roll" to the New Year's table.
