Potato casserole with chicken


Chicken fillet (breast) 2 pcs

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Mayonnaise 50 g

Cheese 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1/2 bunch

Lettuce leaves 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Beat the chicken fillet well.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

On a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, lay out layer by layer of potatoes and chicken fillet, smearing with mayonnaise, sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C until golden brown.

When serving, garnish with lettuce and herbs.
