Chicken liver with vegetables

Liver lovers will love this simple chicken liver stew in red wine and vegetables.

Chicken liver 500 g

Flour for breading 100 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Broccoli inflorescences 3-4 pcs

Red wine 1/2 stack.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Coarsely chop the vegetables and fry in vegetable oil with salt and pepper.

Bread the liver in flour and fry separately in vegetable oil.

Combine the liver with vegetables, pour over with wine and simmer until the wine evaporates.

Serve hot.
