Meat stuffed with garlic and carrots

Meat stuffed with garlic and carrots is the embodiment of brutality and a vivid example of a truly masculine cuisine. Delicate, textured, juicy meat will not leave anyone indifferent.

Tenderloin (pork) 500 g

Carrot 1 pc

Garlic clove 3 pcs

Rosemary 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the meat.

Cut the top and sprinkle with slices of peeled garlic. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces. Make longitudinal cuts with a sharp and long knife and insert the carrot sticks.

Season the meat well with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with rosemary.

Place the meat in a baking bag and tie. Place in a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.

Cut the finished meat into portions and garnish with vegetables and herbs.
