Fry finely chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
Chicken fillet is good to beat off, salt and pepper.
Place a small amount of grated cheese on each fillet and wrap in a roll.
Secure with toothpicks.
Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Place in a deep baking dish.
Bring the cream to a boil, add a little salt and add flour. Mix well with a whisk.
Add mushrooms to the cream.
Stir the cream and mushrooms and pour over the rolls.
Put in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Place on portioned plates and garnish with a sprig of herbs.
