Delicious, aromatic vegetable stew with pork, carrots and zucchini. Preparing is simple.
Cooking time 35 minutes
Lean pork (pulp) 300 g
Carrots 2 pcs
Potatoes 3 pcs
Zucchini squash 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Meat broth 200 pcs
Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry with finely chopped onion.
Cut the courgettes into small cubes.
Cut the carrots into small pieces.
Add carrots, potatoes and zucchini to a stewpan with yar.
Stir and add broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Cover and let it brew. Place on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
