These tender chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs will appeal to both adults and children. They turn out to be very tasty and juicy, no worse than other meat ones.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken fillet 400 g
Egg 1 pc
Wheat flour of the highest grade (bread crumbs) 1 tbsp. l.
Hard cheese 70 g
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Potatoes 5-6 pcs
Butter 70 g
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Combine meat, egg and grated cheese in a bowl.
Add flour or crackers. Drain and pepper. Add finely chopped greens. Mix well.
Put in small portions in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Peel and boil the potatoes. Salt. Add butter and heat well.
Put a serving of potatoes on a dish and sprinkle with paprika, add a few cutlets and garnish with herbs and vegetables.
