Tilapia in croutons, this fried fillet of tilapia in breadcrumbs with rice balls as a garnish, is a beautiful and tasty dish for lunch in a pleasant company.

Tilapia fillet 3-4 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 30 g

Rice 200 g

Butter 20 g

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Season the telapia fillet with salt and pepper.

Beat the egg in a bowl.

Dip fillets in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
