Pink salmon 2 pieces
Lemon 2 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Brussels sprouts 100 g
Butter 20 g
Cloves 3-4 pcs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Grate pieces of pink salmon fillet with salt, season with pepper, sprinkle with lemon and add cloves. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Boil the eggs. Chop finely and mix with mayonnaise.
Put a slice of fish without lemon and cloves in a tin with foil.
Put the egg filling on it.
Cover with another piece of fish.
Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
For a side dish, boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for 10-15 minutes and season with butter.
The puff fish is ready. Put a piece of fish on a dish, put cabbage on a side dish and garnish with slices of fresh tomato.
