Carrot pancakes

Carrot pancakes are a healthy breakfast and a delicious snack for the whole family that can be prepared very quickly.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Carrots (large) 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 10% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar (sand) 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil

Baking powder 1 pinch.

Salt 1 pinch.


Peel and grate the carrots.

Place the grated carrots in a bowl and add the eggs.

Add sour cream, salt and sugar.

Add flour and baking powder.

Mix the dough well.

Spoon the dough into a preheated pan with vegetable oil.

Fry on both sides over medium heat. Put the finished pancakes on a dish.

Our delicious carrot pancakes are ready. Serve with sour cream.
