Potato wedges with cheese

Young potatoes baked with cheese, with fresh tomatoes and herbs, what could be tastier.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 5 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Butter 30 g

Tomatoes 1 pc

Leaf salad

Salt to taste

Paprika to taste


Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into slices.

Place on a baking sheet or oven pan. Season with salt and sprinkle with paprika.

Place the softened butter on top of each wedge.

Put cheese slices on top of the butter.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes. Cool the finished potato wedges slightly. Put on lettuce leaves.

Decorate with tomato slices and dill.
