Cheesecakes in the oven

No one has such a recipe for delicious cheesecakes in the oven! This recipe will help you cook airy cheesecakes in the oven without a drop of oil, and you will spend a minimum of time on their preparation.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Curd 300 g

Flour 100-120 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Baking powder (1/2 sachet) 5 g

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 3-4 tbsp l.

Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.

Salt 1 pinch.


In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs.

Add salt and sugar to the curd.

Add sour cream and baking powder to a bowl of cottage cheese and eggs.

Then add flour to a bowl and stir the curd mass well.

Divide the curd mass into silicone molds. Metal grease with oil.

Bake cheese cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the slightly cooled syrniki from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The cheesecakes are ready in the oven. Can be served at the table.
