Cooking time 20 minutes
Curd 300 g
Flour 100-120 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Baking powder (1/2 sachet) 5 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 3-4 tbsp l.
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.
Salt 1 pinch.
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs.
Add salt and sugar.
Add sour cream and baking powder.
Add flour and stir well.
Arrange in silicone molds. Metal grease with oil.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
The cheesecakes are ready in the oven. Remove the slightly cooled syrniki from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
